Our story
Why we built Tourizzt
The best way to see a place is with someone who lives there. They know when to arrive, where to eat and which streets are worth walking. But finding that person has always meant trusting a stranger you met online.
We started Tourizzt in Mysuru to make that trust possible. Every Localite verifies their Aadhaar, takes a live selfie in the app and passes an 18+ check before they can be booked. Where they offer transport, the vehicle is verified too, and SOS is available throughout every trip.
We’re growing destination by destination, adding Localites with care rather than at speed — because a traveller should always be able to choose between real, verified people.
