These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) provided by Tourizzt360 Global Private Limited (“Tourizzt”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Tourizzt.

Platform

The Tourizzt mobile application and website.

User

Any individual who registers or uses the Platform.

Localite

Independent third-party providers (e.g. tour guides, locals) offering services.

Booking

A confirmed transaction for services.

Co-Traveller

Other registered users joining a shared trip.

Tourizzt is a technology platform that enables users to connect with independent third-party providers. Unless explicitly stated in a specific “Organised Trip”, Tourizzt does not directly provide transportation, guiding, or logistics services. We act solely as an intermediary.

The Services are available only to persons who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Localites are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Tourizzt. Tourizzt makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the reliability, safety, quality, or suitability of the services provided by Localites.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Tourizzt immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Localite and availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice via the Platform or email.

Tourizzt facilitates payments using secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit or debit card details. By making a booking, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

If you utilize the “Pay Later” feature, you explicitly authorize Tourizzt to charge the outstanding balance to your selected payment method on the scheduled due date. Failure to settle the balance may result in cancellation of the booking.

Any extension of services must be booked through the Platform to ensure safety tracking and valid payments. Extensions are subject to availability and are non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.

In shared bookings, refunds are processed per individual seat cancelled. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the trip has commenced. The primary booker is responsible for ensuring all Co-Travellers adhere to these Terms.

Transport services are fulfilled by third-party transport partners. Pricing and cancellation terms for transport are distinct and will be shown at the time of booking.

“Organised Trips” refer to curated itineraries that may include pre-booked logistics. These trips are subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all cancellations. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific cancellation rules displayed at checkout for a particular booking, the specific booking rules shall prevail.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose. You shall not harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against Localites, Co-Travellers, or Tourizzt staff. Fraudulent bookings or payment disputes without cause are strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your travel, including but not limited to physical injury, weather events, and interactions with third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourizzt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

You agree to first contact Tourizzt Support at support@tourizzt.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating any legal action or arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Tourizzt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time the booking is confirmed.
