Build My Roadmap

A day trip planner that puts your stops in order

Pick the places you want to see. Tourizzt lays them out as a route on a map, with the road time between every stop — then you share it in one tap.

Free in the Tourizzt app for iPhone and Android.

How it works

From a list of places to a plan, in four steps

  1. 1

    Choose where you’re going

Type a city, a town or a single place. Tourizzt loads what’s around it so you start from real options, not a blank page.

  2. 2

    Add the places you want

Browse by Attractions, Food, Hidden Gems and Nature, open a place to see its rating, and add it to your basket. Move stops up or down, or take them out.

  3. 3

    Tap Build My Roadmap

Your stops are ordered nearest-next and drawn on a map as a route, with the road time and distance for every leg.

  4. 4

Share it or take it further

Send it on WhatsApp, share it in the app with a friend or your Localite, or post it so co-travellers can join you.

Your roadmap

Everything you need to judge the day

Before you leave, you know the order, the drives and whether it all fits.

  • Stops in order

Numbered pins on a map, joined by the route between them — no zig-zagging across town.

  • Time and distance per leg

How long each drive is and how far, worked out from the road network.

  • The day at a glance

Number of places, total travel time and total kilometres, at the top of the screen.

  • How far you are

With location on, how far the first stop is from where you’re standing.

  • Rebuild in a tap

Changed your mind? Edit the basket and rebuild the route.

  • Saved for you

Built roadmaps are saved to your Saved Places, and a half-built basket waits for you if you leave.

Share it

Built for sending

A plan is only useful if the people you’re travelling with can see it.

One link. With the app it opens straight to the roadmap; without it, the link opens a page with every stop, the distances and the route map.

  • Send in the app

Share it with a friend on Tourizzt, or drop it in your chat with your Localite so you agree the day before you arrive.

  • Post to Co-Traveller

Turn the roadmap into a trip other travellers can ask to join — your dates, your pace, your rules.

Questions

Build My Roadmap, answered

Does it cost anything?
No. Building, saving and sharing a roadmap is free. You only pay if you choose to book a Localite.
Do I need a Localite to use it?
No. Plan the day on your own and go. If you want someone who knows the place, book a verified Localite and share the roadmap with them in chat.
How does it decide the order?
It starts from your first stop and goes to the nearest place next, then the nearest after that, so you are not doubling back across town. Reorder your basket and rebuild if you want a different start.
Can someone without the app see my roadmap?
Yes. The shared link opens a web page with every stop in order, the distance between them and the route on a map — and a button to open it in the app.
Is there a limit to how many places I add?
A roadmap needs at least two places. Beyond that, add as many as fit your day — the travel time at the top tells you when it’s too much.
